Travis Air Force Base Visit

As a special trip, the Scouts took a trip to Travis. This helped the Scouts complete their Aviation
merit badge work.
Inside the engine repair shop, the Scouts got to see how big a C-5A engine really is!
Here the Scouts check the insides of the engine test block. The engine to be tested gets mounted in the assembly over the Scouts' heads.
