As part of the Weekend, there's the art display and competition.  This is the painting and

winner of the daffodil-themed art with Gail and John Kautz, the founders of Ironstone.

The painting becomes the poster that's used with the Obsession wine during the next year.

The chef's competition for the Obsession Weekend drew many entries.  Clint Polnicky

is the chef at Cutting Edge Cuisine from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.  He's the winner of

the entree' competition and here shows his creation in the Culinary Demonstration Kitchen.

The winning entry:  "Spiced Salmon over Chive Parsnips with Roasted Beets and Beet Greens

with a Lemon Obsession Sauce."

Eric Gray from Portland, Oregon won the dessert competition.  His restaurant is Wine

Down on 28th.
