The Walt Gray benefit bike run for the
Make-A-Wish Foundation drew a large crowd on Saturday, August 28.
The usual quiet at Ironstone was quite a bit different on this day!

After a very hot July, August has been near-perfect. Highs in the 90s and cool evenings. A great
time to visit Ironstone and to dip your feet into Angels Creek at the park in Murphys.
Four concerts have already graced the Ironstone Amphitheatre this season! We had great crowds for
Carrie Underwood and Randy Travis, but they were even greater for the Los Lonely Boys and
The Doobie Bros.
Concert seats are being sold! See the www.ironstonevineyards.com website or visit
www.ticketmaster.com and type in "Ironstone" in the search box. Note that most types
of seats are still available from Ticketmaster -- you don't have to pay scalper prices! So
far, none of the concerts have been sold out, so tickets have been available even at the
door.
Note the information on chairs for General Admission at the concerts: Chair seats must
be under 12" from the ground and chair backs must be under 32" from the ground.
